1. Play games with your child to
practice social skills.

make friends.
3. Have your child join a sports team
or an organization.
4. Talk to your child about choosing
friends.
5. Be a good role model for your children.
6. Don’t try to solve your child’s
friendship problem, teach them problem solving skills.
7. Help them identify their interest
and meet new kids.
